Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and offer full refunds for items that meet the below qualifications:

• Unwashed & unworn items
• Items with tags and original packaging
• Items must be free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Ship items back within 30 days of receipt

To protect your return, we recommend using a delivery service with tracking. JELLYTREE is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. You can always contact us for any return questions at returns@jellytree.co. 

Exchanges 

We do not accept exchanges and cancellations. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

 
We offer Free Standard Shipping in the US for orders over $25. All orders are shipped from our studio located in Bonney Lake, WA.

Shipping Estimate

*This timeline is an estimate only and not guaranteed. On rare occasions, orders will ship or be delivered outside this time frame.  

We accept returns & offer refunds once we received the items, however, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been submitted. For more return information, please refer to our return policy.

Order Status 

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and estimated delivery day will be sent once your order ships. 

Please make sure to put a valid/current address (secure location) to receive the product. JELLYTREE is not responsible for package delivery issues from an invalid or old address provided by the customer. Once the tracking shows "delivered", we don't re-ship or accept refunds for missing or lost packages.

Customs and import taxes

Duties and import taxes are NOT included in our checkout system.

Buyers are required to pay these charges separately. The international carrier will calculate the duties/taxes and charge them directly to the customer.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. JELLYTREE is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
