Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and offer full refunds for items that meet the below qualifications:

  • Unwashed & unworn items
  • Items with tags and original packaging
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within 30 days of receipt
To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back within 30-days of receipt with the above qualifications being met. No exceptions.  
 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 
 

We do not accept exchanges and cancellations. Free shipping is not offered for returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. 

To start a return, contact us at returns@jellytree.co within 14 days of delivery. As proof of purchase, please put a note with the order number and name in your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting email will not be accepted. 
 

To protect your return, we recommend using a delivery service with tracking. JELLYTREE is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. You can always contact us for any return questions at returns@jellytree.co. 

 

 

Exchanges 

We do not accept exchanges and cancellations. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Status 


A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and estimated delivery day will be sent once your order ships. 

Please make sure to put a valid/current address (secure location) to receive the product. JELLYTREE is not responsible for package delivery issues from an invalid or old address provided by the customer. Once the tracking shows "delivered", we don't re-ship or accept refunds for missing or lost packages.

Customs and import taxes


Duties and import taxes are NOT included in our checkout system.

Buyers are required to pay these charges separately. The international carrier will calculate the duties/taxes and charge them directly to the customer.
